These terms govern your use of ikan.fashion and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside our returns policy and our privacy policy.
Ikan sells menswear pieces in standard sizes, held in stock and shipped once ordered. We try to keep our descriptions, sizing and stock levels accurate, but occasionally a piece may go out of stock between browsing and checkout, if that happens, we’ll let you know and refund that item.
Our prices are set in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We display an equivalent price in USD, EUR or GHS based on reference exchange rates, for your convenience, the amount charged may differ slightly from the live market rate at the time you pay, and your card issuer may apply its own conversion. We try to describe and price every piece accurately, but if we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed, when we confirm and dispatch your order, not simply when you receive an automatic order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or if a piece is out of stock), in which case we’ll refund you in full.
Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You don’t need an account to order, you can check out as a guest, but creating one lets you view your order history and check out faster next time.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your destination country. These are outside our control and are your responsibility as the importer, they’re collected by the courier or your local customs authority on delivery, not by us at checkout.
If you’re a consumer ordering from the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (or your local equivalent). See our returns policy for our full return window and process, which goes beyond this legal minimum.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Please use ikan.fashion lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to commit fraud.
The Ikan name, logo, photography, garment designs and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
We don’t exclude or limit liability for anything that can’t be limited under law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. We’ll update the “last updated” date above whenever we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
