We ship worldwide from London. Every order is packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
Delivery times are estimates in business days from dispatch. They do not include the 1–2 day packing window before collection.
Delivery estimates begin from the point of dispatch, not order placement. We dispatch Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm GMT on Friday are typically collected on Monday.
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Evri depending on weight and service level. International orders go via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive it by email once dispatched - you can also find it in your account.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your destination country. These charges are entirely outside our control - they are determined and collected by your local customs authority or the delivering carrier, not by us.
We do not pre-pay duties on your behalf, and we cannot predict the exact amount you may be charged - it varies by country, product type, and declared value. As a guide, the EU charges import VAT on goods valued above €150, and the US charges duties above $800.
Bespoke and made-to-order garments are cut and sewn after your order is confirmed. Production typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and the current workshop schedule. You will receive stage-by-stage email updates as your garment moves through production.
Delivery times for standard shipping apply from the point your garment completes production - not from the order date. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
